Punishing Nash's V-Trigger

Nash's V-Trigger has one (and only one) frame of startup time.  To punish, you must have a perfect meaty setup.  This is not as easy as it sounds because many setups are not perfect meaties and are just meaty enough to catch something with 3f startup time.  

Also, hitting Nash on this frame does not cause counterhit.  This is a bug (or oversight) that should be corrected.
