After serving at a church for over five years, God has called me to a brand new church in the Oklahoma City area. The opportunities are exciting as I think about the possibilities, but I also see a good amount of work in front of me. I’m essentially starting from scratch to rebuild systems, train people and leaders and earn trust with the congregation. This is the first in a series of videos about me starting over in worship ministry.
