This video shows a closeup of the alligator snapping turtle's adorable face. Keep watching until the end to see a child's hand appear touching the glass. Usually I edit out any visual signs of humans (you can usually hear enough clues that they are there), but I thought this added to the video for two reasons. One was the expression on the alligator snapping turtle's face as he looked at the finger (was he thinking that would taste good?). And the other reason was that seeing the child's hand next gives you a better idea of the size of this fascinating reptile.
