From disc 2 of Perfect Collection Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes. Originally composed by Mieko Ishikawa and Masaaki Kawai. Ryo Yonemitsu and Youji Ohki did the arranged versions for disc 2, and although it is not specified which of the two arranged which tracks, I am almost certain that Yonemitsu is behind this one. I adore this kind of videogame music, and it breaks my heart that it's pretty much nonexistent at this point.
