Let's play MEIOU and Taxes in Europa Universalis 4! 

We will start off as the duchy of Brandenburg in the relatively un-developed and fragmented northern German region. Hopefully we can do something about both of those things by uniting it under our prosperous rule! 

My plan is to do my best to create the infamous Prussian space-marines and make our armies the envy of the world through ideas, technology and professionalism.
