April Plenary to be dominated by transparency fears

MEPs calls for more transparency may create controversy in Strasbourg next week. Calls go out to the Commission, which withholds the details of its negotiations with the US on SWIFT banking data and on air passenger details. And to the Council, which wont disclose some of its financial dealings and will have difficulties getting its 2008 budget cleared. Also on the agenda is CAP reform and climate change.
