On the first day of spring, thousands of visitors saw sights like these at the Philadelphia Zoo. At this time of year, I always wonder where all the visitors are coming from. Where were they all winter? Had they migrated south? Were they hibernating? Whatever they were doing, they missed some wonderful, peaceful, quiet times at the Zoo throughout the late fall and winter.
