If you haven't by now, it's a good time to level Jubei. She'll be required against the boss of this stage. We've got a ton of enemies to fight past so it's a good stage to grind. There's even some respawning enemies in a lot of the areas, making the enemies you fight literally endless. Nothing particularly interesting or unique to mention about this area, just a lot of high level enemies to fight past. Though there is a statue of the first Onimusha 1 boss, Osric, that Soki comments on at 21:50

33:20 - Munenori Yagyu 3 - For this fight, we are required to play as Jubei and Jubei alone. This isn't too bad since Jubei is a really solid character, and magic is effective against Munenori. We can cheese this with magic items OR Jubei's Demon Eye so if you have an underleveled Jubei, you should still be able to get past this guy.

After that will be a cutscene where Minokichi leaves our party...permanently. We can still use his teleportation and Dark Realm functions at the Hideout however. Once you get there you want to make sure EVERYONE is geared up appropriately and make sure you are as stocked up on healing, magic, and OP items as you can possibly be. Next Stage is the last one and it's a tough one to boot.
