Slowest IAIS in Morris Ever

Even slower than when it was jointed rail. On May 24, 2011, I heard this weird sounding K3LA in the distance and thought I would check it out. I heard it was going slow over Ashley Rd so I thought maybe it would enter the siding and it was some type of work extra. I tried going to Liberty St., but he blew for Grant and I turned around. It kept getting closer and I almost thought it might have been a CP, but it was indeed IAIS, with no GEVOs. IAIS BICB, Union St., Morris, IL IAIS 709 = GP38-2 (Very nice K3LA) IAIS 714 = GP38-2
