This video shows a sample simulation from the ECM Model with a track with high Leader directional bias. The same parameter values used in Movie 3 were used, except LDDDISTAL was set to 100% (instead of 60%). This chain persisted for 5 time steps. This research was published in the Journal of the Royal Society Interface in the paper: 'Computational modelling of cell chain migration reveals mechanisms that sustain follow-the-leader behaviour' by Michelle L. Wynn, Paul M. Kulesa and Santiago Schnell. The doi link for the article is http://rsif.royalsocietypublishing.org/lookup/doi/10.1098/rsif.2011.0726
