This short science video in Telugu is meant for upper primary class children (age 11-13 years). This video gives example of various changes that we see in our day-to-day lives - like water changes to steam when boiled, water converting to ice when kept in refrigerator,  paper turning to ash when burnt etc. It then explains the concept of physical/ chemical change or reversible/irreversible change. It then explains how these changes happens - giving examples of different states of matter and correlation with molecules.
