PlayTV is the latest accessory for the PlayStation 3, turning the console into a Personal Video Recorder (PVR). The device, which is currently only available in Europe, lets gamers watch, pause and record live TV directly on their PS3. A new "TV" icon appears on the XMB once the application is installed. The device has twin-tuners allowing you to record one channel while watching another (you can't record from two channels). The device is compatible with remote play and you can even record while playing PS3 games.
