In this lesson you learn the best settings for making sure your renders look great whilst remanining reasonably fast. We'll learn how to isolate and export the 'ambient/luminance' channel, which will be later used in After Effects to enhance the hot edge effect. We also look at the 'RPF' file format which caries the normal color information, but also carries the 'z-depth' channel which can be extracted in After Effects.
