About 32 examples were built, but only 5 chassis were produced by Maserati themselves. The rest were done by coachbuilders. This example is one of those five made by Maserati, which is chassis #2401. This car won best in show at the Italian Car Day, seen here. I captured a great acceleration on the road, a very rare sight.
