my last morning in Costa Rica found me at playa Jaco again, in the water before first light. it was especially memorable thanks to the countless baby sea turtles hatching on the beach and swimming passed me out to sea as the dawn sky brightened. so magical, forgot part of my faux-pro camera mount and had to keep in in my pocket and hold it in my mouth when paddling into waves then try to keep it steady during the ride, sheesh, talk about narcisstick...at least i practically rode this one all the way to the airport.
