Air-Grabber Only
No Plasmids (Gear are fine)
No Tear Usage (Health Pack prompts from Liz are fine)

This part was much easier since I can restore my health. I manipulated several fights to gain advantages over the enemies, unfortunately you can't close the Little Sister vents while in combat. 

The two biggest tricks are right at the end: I hid near the door in Appliances after boosting Liz and leave the room to make her instantly open the way forward, skipping the 2nd fight in that room. Finally, Roar To Life and Ticket Puncher are used to great effect to stay relatively safe during the Big Daddy fight where I punch him through the wall repeatedly.
