Hidden deep in the hills of Nanaimo “Cadillac Flats” is perfect for atving and outdoor adventure. Unfortunately it’s also the site of an illegal dumping ground and firing range. But for avid mountain biker Doug Wortly, his mission is to clear the area of all of the waste, aiming to make the area usable again.
