An interesting and ADJUSTABLE pencil sharpener from Shiplies.  At first glance, I saw it used USB for power and thought there would be no way it could do a decent job.  Well, I was proven wrong, it actually works, and quite well.

It runs off 4 AA batteries, or an included USB power adapter.  It also, of course, can be plugged into any other USB port for power so you don't have to waste an outlet on it, it can run off your computer.

It's adjustable, and has different settings for the sharpness of the point, you can have sharp, medium, or blunt.  Believe it or not, there's good use for a blunt tip, especially when you want the pencil to leave a thicker mark.  It's also auto-stop, when the pencil is sharpened to what's dialed in, it stops, and you can then remove the pencil.  There's a light to show when it's operating, and the pencil shavings go right into the included cup.  All in all it actually works the way it says it will, is adjustable, and has versatile power options.
