This is an "easier" ev_brak puzzle that deals with the mechanics of the feather. The setups in this puzzle are really well done, culminating with a trick that keeps 2 koopas alive by repeatedly tail swiping. The hardest part is actually getting into the keydoor with the boot. I did it using a prior ev_brak trick (from Go Your Own Way) of jumping onto a flipped over koopa to gain adidtional height. You can also do it by going back through the door on the POW and jumping off a partial muncher stack.
