Matrix Landscape Photography (AKA Merged Panorama)

A practical demonstration of how to shoot a landscape which has the equivalent field of view as a wide angle lens but without the perspective distortion associated with it. By using a "normal" focal length lens and stitching together a series (matrix) of mages you can achieve great landscapes with no distortion of the foreground to background size relationship. By using these large 20M wide images scaled back to the usual 4M wide we also improve the noise reduction and the images look very crisp and sharp.
