This is a very full featured underwater camera from CrazyFire. While marketed as a kid's toy, I think it's actually quite good. Records up to 720p video with sound, and a 5MP image sensor that can interpolate up to 12MP. Accepts up to a 32GB microSD card.

The camera has a flash but it's not like your typical cell phone white LED "flash", it's an actual Xenon strobe like cameras used to have. Runs on 2 AAA batteries so they're easily and quickly changed and readily available just about anywhere.

The camera is waterproof up to 9 feet deep, it really does work. Included is a wrist strap and a "flotation device" for the camera to keep it at the surface of the water so it can be grabbed easily. The camera comes with an 8GB microSD card to get you started.

Image quality is quite good for what it is, and it has a very extensive menu that gives many of the features found on a "grownup" camera, like exposure, white balance, sharpness, and you can even select black & white, sepia, and other modes as such for more interesting pictures.
