How can our society ease the suffering and save the lives of children who suffer from sexual abuse? In his moving talk, Jeffery Kirkendall draws upon decades of experience working with victims of childhood sexual abuse. Jeffery Kirkendall is a thirty-six-year veteran counselor, caregiver, author, educator, husband, and father in the field of childhood sexual abuse. His focus is Child Rights Advocacy. Jeffery uses storytelling as a voice for child victims of sexual abuse at the intersections of age, race, religion, law, and socio-economics. He is working on his Ph.D. in Sustainability Education at Prescott College in Prescott, Arizona.
