I've just picked up a 12 V PC Fan, picked up my Dremel, removed the 3 supports from the main body, cut 2 blades off the fan, cut a diametrical cut off, revealing the metal body, and here it is, working on 24V!!! Lots more, on https://gizmosandstuff.blogspot.com/
