You can block extensions in Microsoft Edge using Group Policy editor and Registry Editor. In this video I'm going to show you the one using Group Policy editor. OK, Get started, Type group in the Search Bar, You will see the Edit Group Policy option. Click on it. Local Group Policy Editor window will open. Double click on Computer Configuration and then on Administrative Templates folder. Here you will see the Option "Windows Components" Double click on it to expand. Now scroll down to the Microsoft Edge Folder and double click to expand it. Here you will have to look for the option "Allow Extension" and Double click on it. You will see a new Allow Extensions window where there are 3 Options Not Configured, Enabled and Disabled. By default Not Configured is selected here. We will have to simply select "Disabled" and Click on OK. That's it you have successfully disabled extensions in Microsoft Edge.
