Winter came early, so I decided to take my GoPro Hero7 Black out into the snow and yes, in the pond in order to share how the audio quality is. I will say that it's much improved over previous models, but you will still want to get your audio from something else if you want an improved quality presentation. So, get the gopro out there and capture some very nice video, but unless you're underwater, also carry something like the Zoom H1n and marry the audio sequences in post production. Here is the Hero7: https://amzn.to/2DoVTsO At the end of the video, I share the audio comparison from the Hero7 to the portable digital recorder ZOOM H1n which is very handy. ZOOM H1n Handy Recorder: https://amzn.to/2DoVTsO The Hero7 recordings in this video were made with the camera in the H7 Housing. The Zoom H1n had a wind muff on it. Thank you for watching as always.
