[email protected] A strong Nor'Easter tracked up the Eastern Seaboard on the Afternoon of March 7th 2018 bringing with it very heavy snow to the lower Hudson Valley of New York. The heavy snow caused zero visibility conditions on Interstate 87 near the town of Poughkeepsie, slowing traffic to a hault and causing accidents along the throughway. In addition to accidents, heavy wet snow snapped tree limbs, and uprooted shallow rooted pine trees in the same areas still recovering from last week's deadly Nor'easter.
