Cauvery issue,The Centre today submitted the draft Cauvery management scheme in Supreme Court, to ensure smooth distribution of water between Karnataka, Tamil Nadu,Kerala and Puducherry, before the Supreme Court for its perusal and approval.According to the draft, the proposed body shall be based out at Bengaluru.
