So the fairy's name is Emilie and the boy's name is Max. Emilie is the protector of the forests and has all dat magic. Max became depressed because of people bullying him. So one day he tries to kill himself but when he wakes up he finds himself in a forest and finds out that Emilie saves him. She grows feelings for Max but doesn't think that Max likes her back. She tries coming up with ways to confess to him but doubts herself everytime. As you can see in this video, she's scared that the sadness from the rejection will turn into hatred, and also scared that she might hurt him in the process.
