TCP has decided to legalize illegal plots in 1.5 Cr meter square land on merit basis. TCP Minister Vijai has informed that the plot owners have already been furnished with notices to apply for legalization before Jan 26. Government under the irrigation Act has decided to direct 5 mining companies to pump out water from mining pits. Raising concern over water shortage and difficulties faced by farmers, Government has come up with the solution. In a meet with MLAs from mining belt, WRD officials and mining company representatives; Vijay has disclosed that WRD will write to the companies to requisite machinery and workers for pumping water from the pits.
