Dutch Prime Minister Jan-Peter Balkenende, seen as frontrunner in the race for the post of first president of Europe, says in this  Dutch television interview that he expects the Swedish EU presidency to call a special summit among EU leaders to choose the first 'President of Europe' once Czech president Vaclav Klaus has put his signature under the Lisbon Treaty.
