Visalia narcotics detectives charged with dozens of felonies

Authorities in Tulare County will announce criminal charges filed Friday as the result of a lengthy investigation into two local police officers, the Tulare County District Attorney's Office said. Shane Logan and Bryan Ferreira, both narcotics detectives, have been charged with dozens of felonies, according to court filings. Each are charged with at least three different felonies -- many times over -- including, false reports by a peace officer, perjury, and conspiracy to commit a crime, according to court records.
