It's the middle of May, and someone is fooling with the weather because the minimum overnight temperature in Winnipeg is SUPPOSED to not go below 3 to 5 degrees Celcius (based on my lifetime observations).

What is causing such COLD temperatures? Could it be the evil chemtrails?
