First let's talk about what causes jealousy. It can come from insecurity, limiting beliefs or simply trying to control what's outside of you. You can't control what other people say or do. The only person you have any control over is yourself. You can only control how you choose to respond to the world outside of you. You can't control whether your ex is attracted to someone else. What you can do is to be the best version of yourself. If that's not enough for someone, then maybe its time to re-evaluate if that person deserves you in their life. You can control your jealousy. Your jealousy is not what defines you. Its not what defines your relationship. If your relationship ended because of that jealousy then you have to work on that.
