The Business Establishment Plan is more of a business proposal than an actual business plan. It has to contain information on the proposed industry or sector, investment amount, number of jobs to be created, nominee's management contribution, forecast start-up funds and expenses, business ownership information, proposed location, preparation for entrepreneurship in Saskatchewan, a list of visits to the province, and plans for establishing residence in the province, as well as information on the person or organization with whom the applicant has established contact and/or an active working relationship. The BEP should also include information on the person who compiled the plan, as well as a summary of people contacted or consulted in the preparation of the BEP.
