Aloha all,
Grounding is so very important to practice and do regularly. In my book it is just as important as eating, sleeping, exercising, stretching, breathing, having a sound diet etc etc.

Grounding yourself in nature as much as you can is essential when we all live in an immense body of electrical radio frequencies from cell phones, cell towers, computers both stationary and lap tops, home cordless phones, EMF's and ELF's are on all electrical motors - from cars- boats- even a simple toaster all have an EMF. These constant exposures all have a detrimental assault on our Bio-electrical fields, auras and life-force in general.

If exposed on a daily bases this will cause any organism to be bio/magnetic/electrically dysfunctional because the energy fields are out of the normal range that we can use or process. We need to be mostly in the natural energies to support a healthy and vital life. Living in a synthetic/unauthentic world of any city is very detrimental to anyone.

Not to mention the particulate pollution that's another complete assault but we are looking at the invisible RF and EMF poisons. Grounding is the best way to get back to the Earth/Suns Resonant fields. This is where true health stems from.

Most people live in the cities and are bombarded with un-natural energies.

Keeping our normal electircal is very imoprtant for regeneration of our cells and nerves our bio-electric fields that make us happy and healthy.

Once we start loosing our bio-human natural magnetic/electrical current ( mag-tricity) then our vitality and health start going downhill on a steep slope very quickly.

One of the simplest ways to really ground yourself is to immerse yourself in a large body of clean high energized water. The best way I have found how to do this in a waterfall or going into the clean ocean surf with the movement of the water that also helps relax the muscles with the best massage in the waterfalls. '' What a massage'' is what Chris said.

This is one of the daily therapies I always recommend for everyone that participates in the ''21 Day Advanced Detoxification/Rejuvenation Retreats'' Everyone that participates has Life Changing Physiological. mental and emotional energy clearings and regeneration to many areas of the body and mind.

Learn the ''Terrain Modification Principles'' is a must to live healthier in this world that is so dysfunctional and toxic. Our planet that we live on is truly a miraculous place indeed. We are Earth Stewards of this planet so nurturing anything in our lives gives us the feelings of joy, bliss, happiness and fulfillment.

Everything in Life is all a ''Work in Progress''.
1 out of 2 people will die of Cancer now in the North America because of all the toxicity and parasites that thrive in the toxicity of the body.

The key is to clean the body as well as you can by living a ''Super Natural Lifestyle'' which simply means to live with Awareness and live as smart and Natural as you can. We give you plenty of ideas to upgrade your world before your body get the sickness.

You are what you ''eat, drink, say, hear and do'' so be conscious of that.

 En-joy :)) Dr r
