High Court has given Crime Branch 8 weeks time to submit final report in Bismarque Dias murder case. In November, 2015, Bismarque Dias's body was found floating in river in suspicious circumstances. Later, on the direction of the High Court, Crime Branch had registered the case as murder. The High Court had earlier ordered Crime Branch to submit its final report in Bismarque Dias murder case on 4th January. But, Crime Branch could not conclude the investigation by 4th January and pleaded to the High Court to give some more time. Accepting the plea of the Crime Branch, the High Court on Thursday granted 8 weeks time to submit the final report.
