I started playing Rift now since you can get it for free and will be F2P shortly. There is a way to get it free just now, with Storm Legion and 30 days subscription, so you will get the owner benefits when the F2P starts.

1. Download Raptr (http://raptr.com/download)
2. Download Rift Lite (http://goo.gl/W2aEW)

4. Start Raptr and start Rift and play for 16 hours.
There is a trick here, you can just leave AFK, even if you get dc from server, raptr dont care, so you can do this at night while you sleep :P
