That time Tom and Sean started a cult by accident and went 'viral' before the Web existed.  Small town Barney cult uproar sent hairspray guys in TV news trucks driving 3 hours to Athens, Ohio to interview the cult leaders for Columbus evening news lead stories.  Later, some footage got national syndication and phones in SE Ohio started ringing non-stop for two weeks.  Many radio interviews were given, including one that aired live in Waco, TX during the Branch Davidian standoff.
