A student of St. Bernard’s -Manya SS in Kifamba sub-county, Rakai district has been arrested in connection with a school fire this morning that left at least eight students dead. Kampala metropolitan spokesperson Luke Owesigyire confirmed that they arrested a student of Senior Four, who was among the 10 Senior Four students that had earlier been suspended from the school over indiscipline.
