There is supposed to be a key check in this puzzle with a vine and a key door that leads your death, but it can be bypassed as there is a couple of pixels of leeway on the vine between the key door and the spike. This makes the puzzle a lot easier as you can get the key by killing the thwomp pretty much anytime. The only other hard trick in this level would be getting the clown car out by dropping some well-timed donuts and then entering a door you wouldn't normally be able to enter in the clown car.
