Investing in real estate is a no brainer. There's a reason why all millionaires typically have real estate investing somewhere on their path to being a successful entrepreneur. Real Estate Investing is one of the best investments an entrepreneur can make, but no one said it was necessarily easy. 

Becoming an entrepreneur, hands down is one of the most difficult paths someone can take. But it's also the one that pays off for you the most. It's hard work, but it's all about not letting the stress of it consume you. 

I take you guys on just a few of my properties that are currently being rehabbed. Fix & flipping is just 1 road you can take with real estate investing. As for me, this is probably around my 600th rehab I've done, you could say I've been around more than enough to see the good, bad and the ugly in real estate investing. You'll see me go over areas such as getting into the business with friends who are completely new to this industry, renovations, budgeting, relationships with subcontractors and managing them..all while being on a time crunch! 

You'll see just how important it is to oversee everything that's going on with your rehabbing process..so everything goes smoothly, on time, quality stays up, and you STICK TO THE BUDGET!

When you're on top of your rehabs, ALWAYS EXPECT & PREPARE for the worst case scenarios. No fix & flip is going to be an easy process. You're going to run into issues like "not up to code" wiring (like we did in the video 馃槖), issues with the foundation, mold & HORRIBLE odors.   

You can get so into your rehabs, especially when you're first starting out. There's going to be all these different things you want to do, and all these different elements you want to add! Just remember...there is such thing as OVER-REHABBING!! You can't let this get out of hand...especially when you're like me and have 12 rehabs all going on at the same time馃槅 

And I've realized that all of these rehab projects I have going..they've all taken on a life of their own. Some are going to make me a TON of money, some are going to make me a decent amount..and I probably have about 1 or 2 that are questionable to me right now...馃

That's just the game I'm willing to take as an Entrepreneur. The key is to CREATE MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME! People don't even realize..my rehabbing business w/ my best friends is just ONE of my streams of income. I also have my education business that is absolutely HUGE, and it keeps growing & growing. Everyone getting in the game is coming on as a Clever Investor, so they can LEARN how to be successful in real estate! All on top of having my family time, which is the most important thing to me, and being sure that I'm ALWAYS present! Not only in the important/pivotal moments in their lives...but ALL of their moments in their lives. 

Even though it's A LOT of HARD WORK...here's what it ultimately comes down to: I Wouldn't Change It For Anything In The World. Why you ask? Because I have the ONE THING that everyone is this world desires...FREEDOM. 

As an entrepreneur, I get to pick and choose who I do business with, when I do it, how I do it...I'm in COMPLETE CONTROL. Which is why I love being an entrepreneur馃槑

I can't wait to show you all the outcomes of these fix & flips, and trust me..if I can do it, there's no doubt in my mind that anyone can. You just need to be willing to do whatever it takes!
