This is a taste test/review of the new Progresso Light: Chicken & Cheese Enchilada soup. This soup did not live up to my expectations. You would think with onions, white meat chicken, red & green peppers, and tomatoes this soup would have lots of flavor. Instead it was very bland. I would not choose it again.
