BWV 1028 I play the harpsichord part on my Hauptwerk Mietke and the viol is a copy of a Tielke. (Both quite German instruments and appropriate for Bach.) Pictures of the Bach-Haus in Eisenach, Thüringen. ernst stolz The Bachhaus museum has a collection of instruments. The collection today consists of ca. 400 instruments, with about one fourth of them originating from the time of the 16th to the 18th century. Outstanding objects of the collection are, among others, a cembalo from Thuringia (about 1715), two spinets (J.H. Silbermann, about 1765), one viola da gamba (Hoffmann, about 1725) and a tenor flute of C. Rafi (about 1550).
