Lone Star is still one of the builds with the maximum DPS in Tom Clancy's The Division. I take a different spin on this build using the following gear pieces:

Rapid Chest piece, Sturdy Holster, and Savage gloves as necessary. The Main focus is the Lone Star Gear's four piece talent bonus.
