I have a freezer filled with a variety of succulent elk sausages and today I'm craving Italian!  Find out how we make pizza in our house today.  We start with fresh dough and homemade pizza sauce.  Next I add a mozzarella/provolone cheese mixture, slices of Hi Mountain Italian elk sausage, Red Onion, and Hi Mountain Italian Herb Blend Seasoning.
