Gold medal requirement:

- Get Javier to safety in under 2 minutes
- Get 10 headshots

TIP #1 - Despite the rush of Dutch telling you to hurry all the time, take the time to stop and pick up the carbine repeater and all the other goodies you can pick up along the way. There's no rush until the final dash for the river. I didn't pick up the hat in this as I've given up on wearing hats (I always lose them). But if you want the hat, grab it when you kill the first two guards.

TIP #2 - The final dash for the river is a SOB! It is unforgiving on time in the most ridiculous of ways. Okay, so contrary to what a lot of sites are publishing, the timer only starts once Dutch picks up Javier a second time and makes the actually run for the river. Stay next to dutch until he picks him up, then immediately run ahead and kill the first two guards that are in his running path. Then immediately cover him by shooting the guys on the left. You don't have to kill them, or kill them all, but providing cover while near Dutch is essential to get Dutch moving towards the gate without a few seconds delay. If you move forward too far Dutch often just stands and waits - you cannot afford even one second delay. So cover on the left and then the trick here is to run to the gate, kill some guards as cover, and then run as far forward through the fields as you can before you have to turn to prevent Dutch from taking too much fire. For some reason this gets Dutch moving just a little further and faster. Running ahead more than killing makes more of a difference.

TIP #3 - Headshots are easy in this. There are, in fact, exactly 10 guys that turn up at the river at the end. So you can ignore the headshot requirement until the very end if you want. Then just use dead eye to get all 10 headshots if that's what you need. So yes, you can not stress about headshots until Javier is already gone with Dutch.
