The CNG Scorpion is most likely down, so my recycle driver brought this old beater on route. This truck is beat up, and it is a spare for the Glenrosa yard. The sync between the arm going up with the socket going in is off, you'll notice that in the video, when the arm goes up, and a piece of the arm socket hasn't been fully back into the arm, carts fling into the hopper.
