Here is my experience of my Samsung Galaxy S8+ USB Type-C port burning out and smoking followed by my experience with the service centre. This is just to inform you of the kind of customer service that you can hope to get from Samsung when buying a flagship device. I still haven't received my device back but I hope this video helps some of you out there. Will keep you updated on any further developments.
