Old valves were replaced with new multi-turn valves about a week ago by someone. However, while observing new valves replacement process, an owner became doubtful of work quality. In addition, water leaks started to occur after the new valves were installed. An owner requested me to check on this work and also change these new valves for another type - 1/4 turn angle valves. I was shocked seeing quality of work that was completed and an incorrect valve size installed.
