I saw @XiePlus messing around with Axl combos and ended up finding stuff for him before I got to Ramlethal or Millia, oops.

One of Axl's supers can reach Elphelt in these setups, so these assume Axl doesn't have enough meter or messes up the super input. There's safer setups you can do that involve leaving you right outside his range.
